THOMAS A. KELLER

Widely regarded as one of America's finest chefs, Thomas Keller is chef and owner of The French Laundry, Bouchon, and Bouchon Bakery, in Yountville, Calif. and Bouchon in Las Vegas.
In 2004, he opened Per Se in New York City, and that same year, the restaurant was given a coveted “four-star” rating by The New York Times. In 2005, Per Se also garnered “three stars” from the French-based Michelin Guide, making Keller the only American born chef to receive this honor since the guide’s inception in 1900.

Keller is the author of the award-winning The French Laundry Cookbook, now and in its 19th printing. His Bouchon Cookbook was released in November 2004.
